broccoli is a agricultural crop. Now this vegetable is cultivated over the world and widely. China is the top producing country ( 8,585,000 tons per year ) of the world and India is 2nd top producing country ( 5,014,500 tons per year ) of the world. Now the demand of broccoli as a vegetable is increasing day by day. So it's production also increasing day by day. As a vegetable broccoli is better than other vegetable.

Broccoli is a very useful vegetable for us. You can not imagine how useful it is!
It is not only is a tasty food but also it has antioxidants and anti-cancer chemicals. Broccoli contents Vitamin-C, dietary fiber, which are needed for our body. Actually Broccoli is famous for anti-cancer vegetable. Broccoli has anti-colon cancer, anti-breast cancer, anti-prostate cancer, anti-bladder cancer and anti-stomach cancer components. It is to eat Broccoli in green stage, because if it is boiled, than the benefits of Broccoli is greatly reduced. Broccoli also acts as a DNA repair. Broccoli also rich in Vitamin K and A which are essential to prevent being early-old.
